Shipping Policy – Nova Zora

We ship to mainland UK addresses only and aim to dispatch every order promptly. Your satisfaction starts the moment you place your order — not just when it arrives.

01 UK Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options for UK mainland addresses:

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and some remote postcodes may take an additional 1–2 business days.

02 Next Day Delivery Cut-Off

To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM GMT on weekdays (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next available business day.

04 Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

05 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the courier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@novazora.uk.

06 Delayed or Missing Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. courier backlogs, severe weather). If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest update.
  • Allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us.
  • Reach out to us at info@novazora.uk and we'll investigate promptly.
07 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Nova Zora cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@novazora.uk — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
